1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Because of the nature of downloadable files, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been delivered. If you experience issues with your download, please contact us at [Insert Email] so we can assist you.

2. Live Events (Seminars/Conferences)

Cancellations:

• 10 or more days before the event: Full refund, minus any processing fees.

• Less than 10 days before the event: Non-refundable.

Transfers:

• Registrations may not be transferred to another participant.

Event Cancellation by M&D Educational Services:

• In the unlikely event that we cancel a seminar or conference; all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

• We are not responsible for reimbursement of any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.
